My name is Jakub Kroliczak, I am 22 years old. I am a personal trainer which is very passionate about helping others achieving their goals and becoming the best version of themselves.
My background in sport and fitness:
I have played football (soccer) at different levels from local to academy in England.
Started my passion for the gym at the age of 16 (so about 6 years) and have trained for Strength, Size and Weight loss.
Graduated University of Derby in Strength and Conditioning and Rehabilitation.
